Our services are only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. You must also be a rugby player who is seeking to travel for rugby-related opportunities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason.

   4. Payment

The fees for our services will be agreed upon between us and you, and will be due prior to the commencement of any services. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer or other agreed upon payment methods. All fees are non-refundable once services have been provided.

   5. Obligations

You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information about yourself, including but not limited to, your rugby experience and qualifications, and your travel preferences. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas, travel documents, and insurance, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. You must also ensure that you have adequate medical and health insurance coverage.

We do not guarantee accommodation and can only offer players opportunities at which they must book and investigate themselves, ensuring that these are the right options for them. It is your responsibility to research and book appropriate accommodation, as well as ensuring that it meets your specific needs and requirements. We will not be held responsible for any issues or problems that arise from your accommodation.

   6. Confidentiality

All information provided to you by Rugby Abroad is strictly confidential and is intended solely for your personal use. You agree that you will not share any information provided to you by Rugby Abroad with any third party. Sharing of the information is forbidden as that is what the paid service provides.

   7. Profiles and Sign-Up

To access our services, you will be required to create a profile and sign-up. Your profile will contain personal information such as your name, contact details, rugby experience and qualifications, and

travel preferences. You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your profile is accurate and up-to-date.
